Students seeking admission are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria and complete the admission process as prescribed by the institution and university regulations.
Who Can Join DAC
1. For XI and XII Standard
Students must have passed the SSC Examination or an equivalent examination recognized by the appropriate authority.
2. For Undergraduate Programmes (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.)
Students must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Examination or an equivalent examination.
3. For Postgraduate Programmes (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com.)
Students must possess a Bachelor's Degree in the respective subject from a recognized university.
How to Join DAC
For Junior College Admissions
- Fill the College Online Registration Form available on the college website.
For Degree College Admissions
- Fill the College Online Registration Form.
- Complete Gondwana University Registration.
- Submit the hard copy of the Online Admission Form to the Admission Committee.
- Submit all required documents.
- Pay the prescribed admission fees through Cash or Online Payment Gateway.
- Admission will be confirmed only after document verification and fee payment.
Documents Required
Applicants must submit:
- Original Mark Sheet and two attested photocopies of the qualifying examination.
- Original Leaving Certificate and two attested photocopies.
- Students previously studying in Dr. Ambedkar College need not submit Leaving Certificate but must submit an attested copy of their Identity Card.
- Migration Certificate (for students from other Boards/Universities).
- Eligibility Certificate (for students from other Boards/Universities).
- Two attested photocopies of Caste Certificate (for reserved category students).
- Two attested photocopies of Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (where applicable).
- Two attested photocopies of Aadhaar Card.
Campus Regulations
- The college campus is a strictly No Smoking Zone.
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.
- Ragging and sexual harassment are strictly prohibited and punishable as per law.
- Use of mobile phones within the college campus is prohibited unless specifically permitted.
- A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for all students.
- Every student must wear and carry a valid College Identity Card while on campus.
- Participation in all college tests, examinations, and academic assessments is compulsory.
- Students must regularly read the College Notice Board for important announcements.
- Students shall park vehicles only in designated parking areas.
- The college shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on campus.
- The Principal reserves the right to grant, refuse, or cancel admission at any time in the interest of the institution without assigning any reason.
